Foraging is a wonderful, traditional skill that we are passionate about at Daylesford. Here we spend the morning walking the Daylesford estate foraging for our lunch. The estate has a bountiful wild larder from game birds to crayfish and wild garlic to meadowsweet. You’ll be guided by Tim, our resident forager in the morning after which our cookery school chefs will help you turn your bounty in to a series of exciting and delicious dishes.

Expect dishes such as Daylesford Surf and Turf – crayfish and rabbit risotto, blackberry fool and nettle tart.

£185 per person; includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.

Join us on for any or all of our artisan classes throughout the week: you can attend as many of the days and events as you like and should you wish to book the whole week, all of the courses from Wednesday until Sunday are available at a price of £695 per person.
